So I have to say that Jubilee Flooring with Blair as our salesperson is the best flooring company " experience "we have used so far.. I can't emphasize enough how economical they were and the quality of Italian tile and installation are the best we have seen/experienced on the market. We were skeptical at first because they were HALF AS EXPENSIVE as the two other competitors and we had a hard time believing that we could get high end work done for the price they quoted us. In three days they demolished our old tile and put in beautiful rectified tile in our kitchen, bathroom and laundry room that has perfect grout lines and looks way more expensive than it was. The installers let me take my time making a decision on how I wanted the tile installed- next to existing tile- it was problematic and chipping but they had a solution on how to make the old and new tile fit perfectly. They could have easily just added grout over it and I wouldn't have known the difference but the detail and time the installers took in making sure it was precise and well installed -made us impressed with the customer service. All I can say is don't waste your time going to some other tile flooring company. Jubilee flooring knows what they are doing and we aren't using anyone but them in the future

We contacted Jubilee Flooring about the problem and Will was able to determine the flooring was under warranty and help us pick out new flooring to be installed. We didn’t have to wait long for the problem to be resolved, the customer service was great, and the new flooring looks amazing. Thank you!
